Hi everyone. I don't do many journals mainly because I have limited time on my computer, so when I do have a little time I tend to use it to produce images etc.
I hope you find this useful.
Most people will tell you that the only tablet to use is a wacom, I disagree. I have used several different wacom tablets and also two cheaper models. At the level that I am working at I can see little difference.
At the moment I am using three different tablets and can recommend them all and they are all a fraction of the price of a wacom.
1. Is an A4 tablet by Medion which I bought from Aldi store for about £30.
2. Is a tablet that is nearly A3 in size and is made by Tevion, I got this at Aldi for about the same price.
3. Is an A5 tablet by Nisis.
All have the same number of sensitivity levels as a Wacom. I get on well with all of them and see no real difference in their use compared to a Wacom.
My advice for those of you that are struggling on using a mouse is to forget saving for a wacom and go for one of the above. You will not be dissapointed.
Has anyone used any other tablets or maybe you think I am wrong, I don't think I am.
I hope this will help some of you get your first tablet and get away from struggling with a mouse.
Both of the above images were made using cheap but good tablets.
